*Please see the questions below pertaining to cruise ship itinerary changes and weather.
What happens if my cruise ship does not arrive in St. Kitts?
Cruise ship itineraries are subject to change due to weather or other concerns that are out of your control. If your cruise ship fails to dock in St. Kitts for any reason, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without charge or penalty.
What happens if it is raining or there is a storm on the day of my reservation?
Our main concerns are your safety and your overall experience. While the weather is fantastic on most days, we do get some rain and even the odd storm.
In the case of rain, we ask that you contact us on the morning of your reservation to discuss your options. Oftentimes, the rain is merely a sun shower that rarely lasts more than 15 minutes. In that case, we expect that you will honor your reservation and failure to do so will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card.
In the case of persistent stormy weather, your reservation will be canceled without charge or penalty.
